Wicked Eden is generally open from 10:00 AM to Midnight, 7 days a week. Some staff members are only available during certain days or times, and some staff members may take appointments prior to general hours to accommodate client schedules if necessary.

For general information and appointments call. toll-free: 888-873-8465. This line will be answered by a staff member that can answer general questions regarding sessions, scheduling, membership information, etc.

Additionally, you can use the online appointment request form (found below). We ask that you use this form rather than email if you do not have questions or comments that need covered prior to making the appointment. This helps us to respond to your requests faster.

Lastly, you may email us at Contact@WickedEden.com Your email will be responded to promptly and thoroughly. Please note that not all staff members have last-minute availability. We recommend you allow several days at the very least if you must have a specific time and day.

Session Requests

You are welcome to schedule your appointments via phone, email, or the online schedule form, whichever is easiest for you. Returning clients do not need to remit any fees prior to their appointment (with the exception of extended appointment deposits). Please use the online request form below for fastest response.

Note: For First Time Appointments

We ask that you fill out the online membership form so your preferred staff member will be well-acquainted with your interests for your interview.

New members will need to submit their membership fee prior to confirmation of their first appointment. This $50 fee covers the initial consultation and interview. This helps to cut down on no shows, game players, and "cold feet." Click here to access the Membership and Interview page.

Traveling Appointments

If you are interested in making an appointment with an individual who is traveling in your city, the same procedures do apply. First-time appointments will still need to remit the $50 fee prior to the appointment, as no shows are even more problematic while traveling. However, the membership fee will grant you access to the Wicked Eden facility in Columbus in addition to appointments in the traveling location.
